Booking & visits
How do I book?
Use the "Book a Service" form or call us. Choose a service and a preferred date; we confirm the time during business hours.
Can I wait while you work?
Yes, for oil changes, battery replacement and other short jobs. For longer jobs we recommend dropping off.
Do you have an after-hours drop-off?
Yes. Use the key drop box by the office door and include your name, phone number and the concern. We will call you in the morning.
Which vehicles don't you service?
Heavy commercial trucks, buses, and high-voltage EV / hybrid systems without specialized equipment.
Prices & payment
Are your prices final?
Prices are estimated "from" prices before GST. The final cost depends on the vehicle, parts and scope; your written estimate confirms it before work starts.
What taxes do you charge?
Alberta has no provincial sales tax. We add 5% GST, shown separately on every estimate and invoice.
How can I pay?
Debit, Visa, Mastercard and Interac e-Transfer. Fleet accounts can be invoiced monthly.
Warranty & parts
What warranty do you offer?
12 months / 20,000 km on labour; parts are covered by the manufacturer's or supplier's terms. Excludes normal wear and misuse.
Will you void my manufacturer warranty?
No. Maintenance at an independent shop does not void your warranty as long as it follows the manufacturer's schedule with parts and fluids that meet the specification.
Which makes do you service?
Most mainstream makes, including Toyota, Honda, Mazda, Hyundai, Kia, Ford, Chevrolet, Volkswagen. Brand names are trademarks of their owners; no affiliation implied.
Winter & seasonal
What should I check before winter?
Battery, block heater cord, coolant, wiper blades and washer fluid, tires and brakes. Our Complete Care package covers the main checks.
When should I switch to winter tires?
Once overnight temperatures are consistently around 7 °C or colder – in Calgary that is often early October.
